![]() ![]() Service by the drivers and at the front desk was friendly. From the airport, it takes around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Transportation from the airport runs about every half hour, and the pickup/dropoff point is easy to find. This package was met my budget, so I stayed for two nights. I stayed at Baymont as a combination booking of airfare and hotel to Chicago. I probably won't stay here again but if Price is your main motive this is a good place for the price just be ready to be inconvienenced if you are commuting to downtown and regarding dining options Room was OK but bathroom was tiny, TV was old with no premium channels. ![]() ![]() Shuttle only goes to airport and there are NO restuarants within walking distance except a bar with decent bar food, a Burger King and a Subway. Evening coffee in breakfast room always cold and DAVE would not make fresh pot. When I booked room on Wyndham's website rate was suppose to include a $20 gas card but no one at front desk for 3 days knew anything about it and I kept getting "I have to ask the manager". Took me 3 days to get a replacement coffee maker in my room and that was only when a new night person was at the front desk and he got it for me in 10 minutes. Front desk guy in the evening (Dave) was very rude when you call from airport for the shuttle and non-caring about the customers. One night I had to wait 25 minutes at the airport for the shuttle. It should run every 15 minutes in morning and evening rush hours for business people (this would mean using both vans that they have already). Second, hotel is 15 min drive from O'Hara and shuttle runs every 30 minutes. First the price of the room was $34 higher on Wyndham and Baymont websites than it was on Priceline (not name your own price) which is pretty stupid and most hotels guarantee that their websites have the lowest rates. While you cannot complain about the price, there are many things to complain about. ![]()
